Meet Dhara Jani – International Recruitment Consultant

Our agency wouldn’t be what it is without our fantastic team, and we’d love to introduce you to them! Here we meet Dhara Jani from our India HCL Permanent team.

“Hi, I’m Dhara. I’ve been with the company since November 2021 and my role in a nutshell is to recruit nurses from all over the word to the the United Kingdom.

When I joined the team, I started in a compliance role where I learnt all about the requirements for a nurse to come to the UK.

I worked very closely with the consultants and requested to change my role to a recruiter now. Changing lives of nurses across the world is what I am most proud about.

The part I enjoy the most is variety of work, being able to work virtually, connecting with people across the world.

What gives me satisfaction is the happiness on nurse’s faces once they relocate and helping them achieving their dream. That happiness and satisfaction – I believe could not be described in words.

When I am not at work I enjoy reading , cooking, watching films and listening to music.
