Family Court Advisors – Pathfinder team x6 positions

Job description

CAFCASS are looking for 6 Family Court Advisors to join their Pathfinders team based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office
£35.50 per hour

About the role

* Completing Child Impact Reports for children subject to private law proceedings in the Dorset area

* Part of a designated team trying out new approaches and processes to improve the experiences of children and families

* Key safeguarding responsibilities for referring to the local authority and escalating risk issues with the court where necessary

* Making enquiries with and working in partnership with local agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children

* Attending court to give evidence as required

* Full induction in a supportive team

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• HCPC registration
• Relevant social work qualification with at least 2 years post-qualifying experience
• Current DBS/DBS Update Service
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
