Senior Practitioner – ASYE Assessors

HCL Social Care currently have an extremely interesting opportunity for two Senior Social Work Practitioners to work as an ASYE Assessor as part of our client’s Workforce Development team.

This non case holding role has been specially created in order to support the development and change in practice our client is going through – this as an exciting opportunity not to be missed! This is a temporary role initially covering a 9 month period (though this has the potential to be extended).

These key roles require experienced social workers, ideally with Practice Educator qualifications (stage 1 or & Stage 2 or working towards obtaining them) to be responsible for aspects of the assessment and L&D of NQSWs in their ASYE and student social workers on placement. Working alongside the PE Stage 2 / ASYE assessor to deliver the vision and ethos of the ASYE/ Student Academy.
