360 Recruitment Consultant – Nursing



Job description

A market-leading healthcare recruitment agency is looking for experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join our busy nursing desk in our Central London office. 

As part of a wider group of agencies, you will be working in partnership with both clients and candidates to nurture existing working relationships, as well as finding new opportunities. 


About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our London office, you will be responsible for: 

  • Building a strong network of nursing professionals
  • Utilising online job boards, CV databases and LinkedIn to find new candidates
  •  Managing client platforms/systems to fill bookings and place agency staff
  • Supporting the growth of the client base by focusing on key market sectors, skill-sets and geographies and matching agency candidates with requirements of clients
